Air Fryer Baked Oats

Share Article

These air fryer baked oats are the perfect breakfast on the go, and they take just minutes to make and bake.

You’ll need just a few ingredients to make this naturally low sugar, low fat breakfast recipe:

  • dried fruit
  • oats
  • cinnamon
  • salt
  • baking powder
  • milk
  • egg
  • honey or maple syrup

And bringing the ingredients together could not be simpler, with just a couple of quick steps.

You’ll soak the dried fruit in hot water for 10 minutes, measure the dry ingredients into a bowl and stir, then add the wet ingredients including the fruit and stir again, then spoon into a baking tin, pop into the air fryer and bake!

The cinnamon and fruit gives these oatmeal squares the most wonderful flavour and the oats, milk and egg combine to a give a lovely, just set texture to the oats.

Read on for the full recipe with detailed instructions and a helpful photograph for every step. And if you have any questions, just leave me a comment. Enjoy!
