We are all about creating good habits around here – and the first habit we are going to create for ourselves is MOVING OUR BODIES! Whether you go for a walk outside, run up and down your stairs, workout at the gym, attend a fitness class, or heavens – just doing chores around the house – we want to get our steps in!
You will track your steps by wearing a watch, FitBit, phone or other step tracker of your choice! Every night before bed you will take a picture of said tracker and post it on our group forum. It doesn’t matter if you hit 500 steps or 20,000 steps in a day… what matters is that you moved your body!
This time we are also offering a CASH PRIZE at the end of the challenge! If you are interested – VenMo $10 to @todaysthebestday TODAY {due 5/31, but prefer to have the buy ins NOW so we know how much the prize will be!}. ***Every time you post your step photo in the group forum, will be an entry to receive all the money at the end! It doesn’t matter how many steps you get in – what matters is that you tracked your steps and posted a pic of it!
